Marketing and Communications Manager
Malthouse Theatre are seeking a passionate and creative leader to lead the Marketing and Communications department into 2020 (and beyond)!
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Marketing guru who understands the power of theatre as a vehicle for social and political change. Someone who has an appetite for taking risks, is comfortable and marketing a full season of unique and boundary pushing productions and is excited by the prospect of growing our audience base through unexpected and non-traditional marketing channels and activations.
The Marketing & Communications Manager provides high level leadership in the development, management and operation of innovative marketing and communications strategies in line with Malthouse Theatre’s artistic and financial goals. As a senior leader within the company, the Marketing & Communications Manager contributes to the development and realisation of all creative marketing campaigns and assets, business planning and KPIs relating to audience development, access and key income targets.
Marketing managers with experience across both traditional and digital spaces are preferred with a key focus on content creation aimed at the acquisition and retention of new and non-traditional theatre-going audiences.
