AMPAG asks what will replace the ACNC

AMPAG participated actively in the consultation and reform process associated with the establishment of the ACNC, given its aim to provide a ‘report once and use often’ approach.

However, AMPAG has some difficulty in responding fully to the proposition that the ACNC Act be repealed given the lack of information provided by the Government on what is proposed in its place.

To properly respond, AMPAG asked for answers to a series of questions relating to red tape reduction, the duplication of reporting across jurisdictions and what the new National Centre for Excellence will do.
