SSO is looking for a Customer Analyst who will develop business and customer insights through data analysis and testing.
As part of the Marketing team you will have the opportunity tohelp us create more meaningful engagement with our customers and help us find ways of sustaining their loyalty and involvement with our music and wider mission. Your analytical and statistical skills will help us in making decisions around the design of future products as we as improve our current processes –particularly in the areas of channel communications and return on investment.Your analysis and data evidence will also contribute to practical solutions aroundsegmentation and evolving thecustomer journeyand elevating the role of data analytics across the company’s planning processes and post-activity reviews
