The Patron Services Coordinator assists the Patron Services Manager in the running of the Box Office, including supporting the relevant marketing and education campaigns. The key focus of the role is both customer service and best practice use of the Tessitura ticketing system. The role works across both the Concerts and Education arms of the business, and provides ticketing support for interstate-based managers and the development team.

The Blue Room Theatre and Black Swan State Theatre Company are proud to present Good Play Club, an initiative that invites the theatre makers of Perth to come together and stand on the shoulders of giants.
This position is a flexible, multi-faceted role which has been established in order to provide students from across the program with additional support/extension where necessary. This TA will work predominantly with the beginner student cohort - currently about ten students - to help them establish their relationship with their instrument (this is the "Foundation" aspect of the role).
