All our 28 member companies make a huge contribution to arts education. In 2016 they reached over half a million students around Australia through their schools, and a further 100,000 students and teachers through workshops.
Learning and participating in the making of art fosters higher order agile thinking, emphasises outcomes, supports social skills development and collaborative working processes.
Learning through the arts at school can lift student results in academic subjects such as maths and English.
